ASSISTANCE FOR THE CONSULTATION OF THE DATA BASE The consultation grid comprises
four fields that use the same consultation
techniques :

For example: Senegal " OR " Cameroon to find documents on Senegal or documents on Cameroon. Syntax : {Senegal; Cameroon} and then select OR The research button is used to launch research and the initialize button is used to delete. DISPLAYING RESEARCH RESULTS The short format displays the name of the author, the reference title and the key words for each reference found. Each element of the page is linked to the itemized reference file. The detailed format contains all the essential elements of reference. To accede to it, click on one of the visible links (author, title ). The print button is used to print the page while the return button is used to come back to the format list. OBTAINING COPIES OF THE DOCUMENT In most cases, there is an "availability" field which gives the address where the document can be obtained.
