• meeting with NGOs on Regional Plan of Action, Dakar, June 2001

(OXFAM, Aide&Action etc,…)

• UNESCO field offices initiatives: National EFA Forum

Participation of civil society in formulation,

monitoring and implementation

 Tasks ahead:

• follow-up of the NGOs Collective Consultations on EFA in Africa

• regional capacity building programme for NGOs/CSOs working in education in Africa
