UNESCO in Dakar and Regional Office for Education in Africa (BREDA) in close collaboration with the Government of Rwanda, UNESCO Headquarters, the International Bureau for Education (IBE), UNESCO-UNEVOC and the Naïrobi UNESCO Cluster Office, has organised from 25 - 28 September 2007 at the Novotel UMUBANO Hotel, Kigali, Republic of Rwanda, a Regional Workshop on the theme “What Basic Education for Africa”.
